Flybylight LLC ("we," "us," "our") publishes the mobile game Merge & Rise ("the

app"). This policy explains what information the app does and does not collect.

## Information We Collect Directly

We do not ask you for personal information. Merge & Rise has no account, sign-in,

or registration, and we do not directly collect your name, email, or contact

details.

## Advertising

The app displays ads through Unity LevelPlay (a mobile advertising service

provided by Unity Technologies). To serve and measure these ads, our advertising

partner may automatically collect:

- Device identifiers (such as your device's advertising identifier and a

per-vendor identifier),

- Device and technical information (such as device model, operating system

version, and language),

- App usage data (such as ads viewed and general interaction with the app).

## Your Choices

On iOS, you can limit ad-related data collection in Settings → Privacy & Security

→ Tracking and Apple Advertising, and by resetting or limiting your advertising

identifier. You can remove all game data stored on your device by deleting the app.
